How long have people other than election fraud perpetrators known about this weighted or fractional voting? Is it a known thing? I remember reading about it after the recent election when so much fraud was being discussed. It is openly done? Seems like it.

More than 20 years, everywhere that electronic voting is adopted or forced. Venezuela was an early test, and went communist right off the bat. Now it's happening in almost every country in the world.
The Dems will continue on with whatever they would like. No one has ever held 1 person accountable. Why would they bother to acknowledge anything about fraud. They have been stealing every dime they can for years. they will continue to do so forever. Until someone locks up one of the ringleaders nothing will happen. All we can do is wait on the Plan. Since we have no idea what The Plan is we Pray.
