Yes. They stopped counting the vote was when they realized their pre-programmed losing margin was off. The whole country in my opinion was pre-programmed to give Xiden a percentage advantage in the vote.

ALL voting machines that I'm aware of have this "feature" called "Weighted voting" where some voters get a greater vote then the others.
Example: bill smith has less of a vote then the others here
