Didn’t Mike Tyson recently say something like the problem with society now is too many people haven’t experienced getting a punch in the mouth for opening it? (I know I have).

I have too, vicariously. My sister, Joanne, was always running her mouth faster than her feet could carry her, so it was a common occurrence to round the corner of the middle school yard and see her mixing it up with a group of girls. My mother had a rule that if I didn’t come to her rescue then I’d catch it when we got home (hmmm, who am I more afraid of), so I found myself in more schoolyard dust ups than I can count. I was so relieved when my sister flunked grade 5 because I knew I’d be in junior high two whole years without her and the scraps she caused. I learned Mike Tyson’s lesson quickly; Joanne, not so quick.
