Yes, it's upside down. I had a weightlifter/body builder buddy back in the day I met at one of my career stints. He Ate like a saint, Chicken breast boiled or steamed, cantalope, salad no dressing. I actually ate almost identical in my minimalistic batching-it days, before I met him, I was not a foodie, it was to feed the machine, simple and as high performance as possible. Many years hence and the Keto movement adding the non starchy veggies and limited fruits etc etc. I wasn't far off, neither was my friend.
