I realize we are way beyond common decency in this Country, but I have to ask, who are these people?
Is there no consideration for how this may affect Children who may witness this depravity?
Why is Indecent Exposure even considered a Crime anymore?

They want to offend us. They get off on cheesing off the “right wing Christians”. Best way to handle it is ignoring it or laughing at them.
