That’s just it. I don’t think as many will be driving electric cars if EVs come into dominance as some project. I think they’ll wind up being be too expensive and many folks will be compelled to either walk, take a taxi or pool, or ride a bus or train. Their idea is to compact people into cities and burbs.
You’re getting to the crux of the matter. It’s about forcing people into cities and towns where they can be controlled far easier.
