Thanks. Yes, I read type A = high risk, Rh- = low risk. I’ll keep up with my vitamin D. Plus I take zinc, quercetin, and K2.

I would suggest vitamins (A(more meat), B1, B3 and C(ascorbic acid)) with what you take.
