I don’t see any test results.

You probably know this, but the Quest assay is very specific:

The anti-Viral capsid IgG and anti-Spike IgG will be positive in natural immunity; only anti-Spike IgG in vaccine immunity.

IgG starts to appear at about 10 days and peaks in weeks to months.

re-test in 2-4 weeks is appropriate.

I don't know much about the tests, only that it was $69. Maybe there's a more expensive test that is better. The fine print doesn't give the details you talk about, only this:

A test result that is less than 1.00 (Negative) means that antibodies were not detected in the blood sample by the test. This could mean that the individual has not been previously infected with SARS-CoV-2. The clinical significance of a negative antibody result for individuals that have received a COVID-19 vaccine is unknown. The performance of the test has not been established in COVID-19 vaccinees...
