Since Trump lives in Florida, can he test DeSantis’s new law?
I think the new Florida law is about social media platforms banning politicians. For non-politicians, Floridians can sue social media platforms but civil lawsuits can drag on for years (see Nicholas Sandman’s suit against CBS, ABC, etc). So unless Trump officially is running for political office from Florida, Trump may not sue Facebook.
