It has been my experience here in Odessa, that Hispanics either don’t give a flip about the politics or they are Republican. At least that is what my Hispanics friends claim.

Hispanics either don’t give a flip about the politics or they are Republican. At least that is what my Hispanics friends claim. Then the Rs need to reach out, motivate and activate those Republican "Hispanics" to GOTV among the ambivalent non-voters.
