I don’t know if he said it or not. I’ve seen no evidence here that he didn’t, and I see a “little” evidence that he did.
So I don’t know. I doubt that he did only because it’s outlandish. Maybe it’s just a test to see how gullible people are.
The entire Covid debacle was a test to see how gullible the people are, and apparently most are. Look how many lined up for shots for something that was made and unleashed on us.
