I just think that when all is said and done it sounds like, be as with the flu variants, where new vaccines are developed and administered every year.

One company is already creating a duo-vaccine covering both flu and covid virus's.

It wasn't until a year or so ago I got my first flu shot and pneumonia shot.......(they do ‘know’ how these work), which I did because as we age our bodies do not fend off diseases or heal as once did. I figured if I did get covid at least I was being a bit pro-active and with vitamins as well hopefully would not be so serious. So far so good...not even a cold. But this Covid Vaccine is sooooo controversial by all those who say they know, but don't, I'll continue as I am.
