My question:
Where did he get this info?
Thousands of voting machines, dozens of computers getting the info from the voting machines....that is not something a 13 year old wiz kid can do.
It takes a main frame, someone who knows to be ready at the start time and with the equipment o record all of it simultaneously.
A rogue CIA guy? NSA?
Who?
The who may be as important as the info.
I agree. He called these guys “white hat hackers”. But how in the world did these guys ‘capture’ this streaming live data flow involving so many computers and so many different states? And why was it these pajama guys could do it and Trump the President was clueless on how to use the NSA?
My guess? CIA/NSA
Dennis Montgomery, a serial fraudster. He provided this same data to Mary Fanning who used it when she produced Lindell's absolute proof. The data in that video was shown to have been created manually. The following articles might give you a sense of what your dealing with. There's also a wikipedia article on him.
Man behind vote fraud conspiracy theory previously pushed debunked info with CIA, Joe Arpaio

Playboy undercover with Dennis Montgomery, who 'fooled CIA over Al-Jazeera codes'
Also, why do the packets come from so many different sources? Is it a coordinated effort with participants all over the world? Or is it coming from one place and all those IP addresses are proxy locations? Need to find the original source.
Lindell’s case hinges on the authenticity of his packet capture data.
Who captured it? How? When?
If Lindell cannot demonstrate its authenticity, there is no CCP vote rigging case.
And you guys thought Q was gone.

Where did he get this info?Space Force, maybe?
“Where did he get this info?”
He has stated many times that he has insiders (government white hats) working with him secretly. And many others, too.
“Where did he get this info?” My question exactly.
What was the physical capture point for the pcaps? Where was the tap (physical or logical) installed? Was this done from a node router?
This level of data is not impossible to collect, but it does leave questions as to how it was done.
Your assertion that it takes a main frame is incorrect.
The routers and switches that move traffic across the backbone of the internet have the capability of packet capture / forwarding. And we are not talking about massive database dumps. Most pcap files are relatively speaking, small in nature.
Not disputing that the who question will become more and more important, just pointing out that the technical aspects of the capture are rather simplistic.
