I am no lawyer, however I have a question.
Suppose the Supreme Court ruled that there really was no election due to its total corruption and illegality.
Would that mean Trump is still president?
The Constitution does not outline what to do in a case like this because for some reason they never envisioned it. The Constitution outlined the ordinary; death, assassination, etc.
In my opinion, since they did not consider outright fraud and corruption, neither did they rule on what to do.
In other words, make it up as you go and the hell with the hindmost.
My own thoughts are that the founding fathers never considered that we would be so spineless as to tolerate what is happening today. Tar and feathers and a ride on the rail out of town would have been expected, enforced with a large collection of our 2nd amendment equipment.
Bingo.
I think it goes back to the States.
Each States has one vote.
The Republican States far outnumber the Dim States.
Anyways, Bidan and every Politician are usurping an Office and do not have Consent to Govern from We the People.
The swamp is drained
See my tagline, which I've had since November of 2000 when the Democrats tried to steal the Presidency and failed then.
They've since refined their strategy and succeeded in 2020. Problem is no one's standing up and using our Second Amendment God-given guaranteed rights to overthrow the tyranny that infests Washington DC.
It better happen damn' soon because I'm getting too old to participate.
