Nothing really unusual about that. DC is loaded with expensive cars, courtesy of the avalanche of tax dollars that flow into the Swamp.
FWIW, definitely not a Porsche. I think it’s a late model Lexus LS 500....if not, maybe an Audi S7? Hard to tell as sedans are all starting to look alike from the side nowadays.
