I can attest to the Inversion Table. I have one, love it. Even hanging at about 45’ is helpful. You don’t have to hang all the way upside down.
Also, orthotics in your shoes helps. I use Good Feet. I was having terrible pain when we moved, looked at my shoes, got out my orthotics, which were in another pair, and started wearing them again.

Back slide: I had a hip replacement in early December. The ball and socket were essentially flat. So the left side is doing great but now the pain in my right aiside is just crazy. Muscle spasms, hip flexor madness and just deep aches. I suspect it’s from having to relearn walking and sitting after 8 years of walking incorrectly with the bad left hip. Planning to try a chiropractor next week in hopes of finding/correcting the issue. My sympathies to all with back pain and sciatica.
I’ve used the boots for 30 yrs.
