I doubt there would be much of an uprising. The control freaks in the government would see it as a welcome opportunity to step hard on the neck.

My thought is that the legal system's reputation as "useful" and "necessary" are at risk - right now. The system is not just, it is random. It is not fair, it is manifestly unfair. It is not a force for good, it is a force for bad.

Steer clear of it. Bad spirits inhabit the legal system, top to bottom.

This is made abundantly clear by the difference in treatment of the 1/6 protesters and all of the antifa/blm looters and arsonists. Even the antifa/blm in DC last year were ignored.

Agreed, though I would not say that it is random at all. It is methodical in its mistreatment of good people, as well as its dismissal of evil.
