If this is a New York indictment and not Federal and he is legally a resident of Florida, he would have to be extradited to New York to be arrested, right? If the Governor of Florida refuses, nothing can happen or am I missing something?”
Good questions; pingout !
I’m afraid you’re thinking of nation states, international extradition agreements.
We were warned, of the first arrest by an Anon, being a shocker, but not by Q.
I was corrected for attributing that
to Q. It was and is still out there, which makes me think such an event is covered, somehow, in the Plan.

This now makes more sense.
Netanyahu and Trump under threat.
Crazy, but no more ridiculous I suppose than “Enjoy the Show”, which given the death, destruction and anguish in the world, post Trump in office, is a repulsive statement to have made.
In the usual case, law enforcement cooperates across jurisdictions.
If Trump does not submit to the orders of NY authorities, he becomes a fugitive from justice. It does not matter if the charge is bogus. The law doesn't differentiate between bogus charges and righteous ones.
Trump might be able to "submit," at least to fight, via a lawyer. Kyle Rittenhouse did that. That said, I'm sure there are plenty of states where the legal system would align with NY, and Trump could be apprehended and detained with full blessing of the legal system.
