Maybe the “hidden cures” for many diseases have been hiding in plain sight all along! Would not surprise me at all.

I think you are right, in retrospect! However, at the time Q 694 was first dropped, I took it to mean that the Derps had special cures kept under wraps, that they made sure the cattle/sheeple couldn’t have access to or even know existed, rather than that there were common drugs already in existence for many decades that could have much more far-reaching effective uses than we knew about. That’s what I meant by “been hiding in plain sight”.
