Judging by one paper I looked at, when your cells produce the spike proteins in response to the mRNA, the spikes stick to the membranes of your cells, rather than wandering around loose and damaging ACE2 receptors.

With that being said, given that people are so different from each other genetically, it would not surprise me if some people effectively causes their spike proteins to run around loose for some reason.

Yeap! Covid was a bio-weapon that failed. Now that it has failed we need to help increase the death rate?
