The bad news is that Austin and this “Bishop” character are trying to remake the military into a radical force whose primary role may not be national defense. At the same time, they federalize the police (especially in key urban areas, where they are leaving in droves), which together with a corrupt FBI and CIA, can wreak havoc. The advantage is that they both appear to be quite stupid, promoted for factors having nothing to do with ability or merit, and they will not be good at their jobs. Is this good for the country or for race relations? Of course not, but it may impede the grand plan that they and the other appointees of the fraudulent senile “president” have in mind.
