James Brown broke no law singing that sentiment to millions of blacks who may or may not have interpreted it differently enough to incite any number of random acts of violence. Was JB a criminal?

Personally, I don't buy that everyone is racially prejudiced. Many are, no doubt. Most people, I think are behaviorally prejudiced which is understandable, even righteous in a civilized society.

Yes, and that is what I mean when I say that everyone is a racist. In other words, since everyone is “racial” to one degree or another, BEING “racist” is simply a reality. On the other hand, HOW that reality is manifested in behavior can be (and often is), speaking behaviorally, antisocial, obnoxious, or even criminal.
