No, you need to talk to actual ICU physicians treating real patients. They'll laugh at your claims there. The only known effective treatment is monoclonal antibody therapy. That's why President Trump got it when he was in the hospital: because it actually works. They didn't bother giving him Ivermectin or HCQ or colloidal silver or anything else. They gave him monoclonal antibody therapy. But it's not 100%. It's likely closer to around 70%, which is wonderful, but it doesn't beat prevention.

It's not untested. Testing began with Phase 1 clinical trials on March 16, 2020. That's well over a year ago. President Trump himself stated that the Pfizer vaccine had passed the "gold standard of safety testing". The three vaccines available in the US today have all gone through full Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 clinical trials. Over 100,000 participants were in those trials. All of them are safe and effective. President Trump said so himself after looking at the data.

Serious safety problems are rare. (The common side effects must be more common than rare. And there are serious safety problems.)

How does the history of other vaccines let us conclude that these vaccines will have few to no side effects in the future?)

The CDC says the vaccines are effective. They provide links to four studies. These are for Healthcare Personnel, Hospitalized over 65, Essential and Frontline Workers and Residents of Skilled Nursing Facilities. (Are there no studies for the vast majority of adults? How about a study comparing the effectiveness of the vaccine for people with and without antibodies?)
This isn't true. I got two does of the Pfizer vaccine and I've died at least 6 times. It also started connecting me to Bluetooth and recently turned me into a newt. I got better. :)
Seriously, not one side effect from the first. With the 2nd, arm soreness as if I had lifted weights, a slight fever and body aches for about 8 hours.
