that raises a research-type question - has the vaccine fully penetrated in 48 hours, with having to migrate thru muscle and various systems before getting to the first cells much less getting those cells cranked up for production?

It doesn’t have to ‘fully’ penetrate in 48 hours. They have two different kinds of potential allergens to explain why some people go into anaphylactic shock and die when injected.
Partially migrating into arm cells has been enough to trigger rare thrombocytopenia.
You are grasping at straws here. If they bothered to research with trials to determine the rate of uptake, they never bothered to tell us about it. Certainly their data would not be accurate beyond 2 months because that’s when the trials ended.
Actually, they lie about rate of ‘vaccine’ degradation - they use conjecture to ‘promise’ that the impact of the ‘shots’ is gone within specific days or hours but they don’t have data to prove it.

That trials ended two months ago isn’t sufficient to discount a year’s worth of trial data from around the world.
I looked up the two ‘allergens’ you mentioned and one is a sorbitol fatty acid (polysorbate) and the other is PEG, a cousin of PG also a sugar acid. From early vaping days, I recall PEG caused more throat irritation than PG, and PG use is now the standard for vape ‘juice’ (although it still makes my throat scratchy).
The CDC advises if you’re allergic to PEG you should get the J&J vaccine (and since I had a scratchy throat from PEG, I’ll be getting J&J if it ever becomes available). If you’re allergic to polysorbate, you should pass on the J&J and get the other vaccines instead. So hopefully that should solve allergic issues? Definately something to discuss with your doctor. :)
