2700 deaths out of 287,000,000 injections is not a meaningful statistic. Without an assessment of the cause of death, comorbidities, or the age and health status of these reports—the figure is meaningless.
The statistics used in medical studies is usually the purview of people with math degrees and advanced degrees in statistics.

Even VAERS admits to 3250 and after careful review of the records, the analyst found over 4,000 reported in VAERS, and that the CDC was sitting on many more records not yet published.

Or, you could view the data analysis by the PhD researcher linked above.
So even if we stipulate to the numbers 3250 or 4000, we are speaking of 20 deaths per day (even though these come from a passive self reported database with no discernible confirmation or causation therefore causing the numbers to be likely way overstates). By contrast there are approximately 110 deaths per day related to car accidents. In these cases, there is no doubt that morality was cause by the accident.
So you are 5x more likely to die in a car crash than with these vaccines if we use their grossly overinflated numbers. I wonder when the vociferous Alinskyites will be intellectually honest, and STOP driving cars....
