I found what we might be looking for about 1:11:00 in & the interview lasted 20 min or so

the dude doing the interview interrupted about as much as hannity, but when the auditors were allowed to speak, the offered a lot of information about what was going on in NH.

bonus: toward the end of the parking lot interview with the auditors, an interesting citizen journalist named chou kelley pops in a provides another interesting take on the NH audit.

Protected persons who have been accused of offenses or Convicted by courts in Occupied Territory shall be handed over at the Close of Occupation, with the relevant records, to the authorities of the Liberated Territory.

I don’t think DC will become a state just anytime soon. Or, not.
