What’s wrong with rank choice voting (ie: instant runoff)?
It sounds like the perfect system and saves the cost of a run-off election. It makes it so an upset candidate can’t split the conservative vote.

In Pierce county, Washington, it was voted away. Surprisingly, even the Republican party recommend it against it. They claimed it violated the one person, one vote rule. That argument is total bunk.
