Is it just my imagination, or has Colorado managed to send a representative from that district smarter than a pile of wet pebbles since PracticallyPerfect Patsy Schroeder back in '72?
...no, she wasn't either, but that was the year that Gary Hart became the Senator from Colorado just to spread stupid across both houses.
