My 12th grade math teacher told us before our final exam that if we earned 50 per cent she’d bump our grade to 51. And if we got a final mark of 50 per cent it was because we failed the course but she took pity on us and raised it to 50 per cent. I got a final mark of 50 per cent. My math teacher used to 'F' with me. One time she asked me, "What's the difference between five eighths and three eighths?".
