He murdered them.
It wasn’t a matter of letting anything.
He ORDERED actively sick people into nursing homes. That is murder.

He issued a State Mandate that nursing homes must take back in patients who had been hospitalized without allowing them to test for covid. Many, many residents died. He has blood on his hands.
