It is not my responsibility to protect the whole world from myself.

If a person is sick, they need to stay home. That alone would stop the transmission of the majority of illnesses.

Aside from that, I am not going to rearrange my life on the presumption that I am some kind of Typhoid Mary.

People need to take care of their own bodies, which includes eating well, LOSING WEIGHT, getting enough sleep and exercise.

Those things alone will help anyone ward off disease, but I am not going to rearrange my life and take unknown treatments to “protect” someone who is too stinking lazy to take care of their own bodies themselves.

When you get infected with the C-virus, researchers estimate that people who get infected with the coronavirus can spread it to others 2 to 3 days before symptoms start and are most contagious 1 to 2 days before they feel sick. So, by getting vaccinated, you don't have to worry about infecting others.
