I have. Moderna’s SEC filing states that the FDA’s current classification of its product as a gene therapy has the potential to bring negative public sentiment which may impact the profitability of their product.
SEC filings are investor reports. They never once stated that their product IS gene therapy. They stated that FDA currently classifies it as such.
What about all the non-vaccinated people dying from the heart attacks, strokes, TCP, anaphylaxis etc. caused by not getting the vaccines?

The COVID-19 is a RNA virus. It takes over the cell ribosome which read the RNA instruction to translate the proteins that are exact copies of the C-virus. It is the same process that the mRNA vaccine uses to replicate the Spike protein.

FDA approval could convince more “reasonable people,” or about 70% of the population, that the shots are safe and effective, said Dr. Paul Offit, of the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee. The remaining 30% likely can’t be convinced and have to be compelled through other means like employee perks, he said.
People think there is a difference in data quality between approval under emergency use authorization, but there really isn’t, he said. “The only real difference is the length of follow-up for efficacy,” Offit said.

There are only about 4 or 5 successful vaccines ever produced.
There has never been a successful coronavirus vaccine ever made, the main reason is they constantly mutate, just like the HIV virus. Remember we were promised a vaccine by Fauci on that 35 years ago.
These mRNA vaccines have not been tested as they should have and may do great harm to those who have taken it except we don’t know that yet.

In April 1955 more than 200 000 children in five Western and mid-Western USA states received the polio vaccine. The vaccine, manufactured by the California-based family firm of Cutter Laboratories, had caused 40 000 cases of polio, leaving 200 children with varying degrees of paralysis and killing 10. It was found that Cutter failed to correctly follow Salk’s protocol for inactivating the virus with formaldehyde. Within a month of the first mass vaccination program all vaccinations for polio had to be abandoned. It almost stopped the use of the Salk vaccine. It gave rise to a litigation program that made future vaccination research plagued with risk. Both Jonas Salk and Albert Sabin, pioneers in the polio vaccine, were vilified and Salk was denied the Nobel Prize.

Three companies went ahead using the Salk protocol and successfully produced safe polio vaccines according to Salk’s protocol for inactivating the virus with formaldehyde. Covid is not polio and polio was on its way out with better hygiene. 16,000 have died already for what is basically just another flu. That is just the first wave. Before it is all over we may be looking at millions dead. 1 million already have side effects from mild to debilitating and its only been 4 months in. There are available treatments for the Wu Flu and no need for an experimental jab that has killed every single animal it was tried on.
