It was a 40 hour course. I tried digging for it a few years back and only found pieces of it here and there. It took me around 7 or 8 months in 2008 to get through it. This is because it was a lot to absorb ,and I was not consistent with my learning. Plus often I found my self going back to recall what I previously learned.
If you dig around on line you can find natural cheap alternatives to about everything out there. You just have to dig a bit, but it’s there.
