I'm all for Regeneron's casirivimab/imdevimab REGEN-COV monoclonal antibody treatment, that President Trump received, all the way from its current EUA down to OTC if necessary.

In that same time frame as Trump's treatment with REGEN-COV, Regeneron gave 300,000 units to DoD and since then, mostly radio silence about any progress in the Phase trials, minus a Scientific American article predictably pooh-poohing that these monoclonal antibody therapies "have not lived up to expectation".

I've had the damned bug, and I've donated "convulsant plasma" [sic] LOL as it was described upthread.
