It makes me want to know more about the individuals who set the curricula and decide on what medical school students need to be taught, and why they’re avoiding teaching the basic biological needs of humans as part of their initial diagnostic and treatment options.

I think I’ve seen evidence for this. Medicine schools changed and someone was complaining that it reduced critical thinking and pushed physicians to rely on SOP, so that they are more vulnerable to overlooking anomolies or enganging in independent analysis. Not all med schools and not all doctors - but I suspect it’s true based on my interaction over the years, others comments, and the history of vaccines.
I never worried about vaccines in the past and though ‘anti-vaxxers’ were just crazy people. But then I found a lawsuit which compiled comparisons between vaccinated and unvaccinated populations in the US.
Starting in 1993, vaccines began to be correlated with negative human health impacts and the harm continues to accelerate - the more time passes, the more comorbidities are growing among standard US vaccination patients and the unvaccinated remain remarkably health in comparison.
In 1992, the CDC was compromised when it established a Foundation to accept donations (Bill Gates, George SOros et. all).
It seems we ‘turned a corner’ during Bill Clinton’s reign, and I wonder if that’s where we’d find changes to med school, and the kind of doctor they view as ideal.
Of course, abusing doctors night and day with endless insurance ‘requirements’ and second guessing must be part of the attempt to crush the inspiration and hope of ‘normal’ physicians. Cutting patient visits down to 10 minutes removed their opportunities to evaluate and treat patients. Cuts in pay and the inability to provide the kind of care they WANT to give has driven many out of the profession - and it’s a blessing from God when you find those not yet crushed/broken.
