Yes - it is difficult sometimes as a parent on what to allow and what can serve as a good (bad?) example for the kids to know about. We were always pretty straight-forward (maybe too much?) about some of the bad stuff that can happen to people. But having a book that gives it right from the horse’s mouth can make a bigger impact.
