Cheapest real silver right now is $31.50. I suppose the companies minting the bars and rounds have to make a little money but there's still a big disconnect.

Silver dealers can't get enough silver to satisfy demand, so collect a big premium. And, the price won't yet go much higher, with COMEX and paper-silver manipulation. But, depending on the product, one can get closer to spot. Big premiums on US American Eagles. $39/oz
