Trump handed the government over to the military due to insurrection on 1/10/21. The military's job, according to their manual of war (11.3/11.4) is to contain the insurrection, determine who won the election or administer new elections within 120 days, and restore as quickly as possible civilian government. BidAn, as "potus" is the covert part of their actions.

As for Q, it started way WAY before 2017. And it's plans are in-play well after 12/8/20, and in progress right now.
