Wow I’ve stood on the beach at Rotterdam and experienced the cold wind whipping in off the North Sea I imagine that would tend to make quite a number of windmills spin. Wonder what they were using them for, water pumping to drain the lowlands be my guess. Or keep ‘em drained.
