I had no treatment other than what I would do at home for a regular bout of the flu. I never felt I was in danger or sick enough to be under a doctor’s care. I only tested because my husband insisted and by the time I got the results, I was already recovered. For me it really was just like any flu I ever had.
My husband suffered only from a loss of his sense of smell.
The other parents had some breathing issues and got a portable oxygen tank for use when they felt out of breath.
Both were home the whole time, like us, and the doctor interacted with them by phone.
Jvette, that was an impressive case of mild flu, and with no treatment beyond the common. It seems to speak to herd immunity, I hope.
