Well well well, you have hit on my specialty! I have been a (good) wedding cake baker for the last 30 years! I do the big elaborate ones like you see on TV.

Wow, Grammy! I’m so impressed! But alas I have celiacs so no good cake for me any more. I took a cake decorating glass, twice lol. The 2nd was from this Mexican lady who had lived in the US.. oh 50 yrs and it was “piping yell this and piping yell that.” I about went piping yell crazy hahahah (piping gel??)
