Sheriff supposedly has no jurisdiction to go onto a “permitted hemp” operation even though everyone knows it is not a hemp op at all but a gigantic illegal mj growing op.
It makes no sense to me.
Also was told that the Sheriffs have nowhere near enough manpower to take on these massive illegal operations, which of course is a fact. But why not ask for assistance from other LE related agencies?
I did mention to gal I spoke with about people may have been offered “silver or lead” and she got the point and basically tacitly admitted that could be in play.
