San Leandro, CA. Just south of Oakland. I worked there in 2016-2017 helping a start-up company. It was a pretty mellow town then, but I think that whole area has deteriorated over the past couple of years.

San Leandro, CA was for a very long time the home of the Stella D’Oro Biscuit Company, makers of Italian dessert cookies which were sold in grocery stores nationwide. They were pretty good, too.
