Absolutely wrong but I suspicion that the lawyers/managment/government had something to do with it demanding that everyone in a home receive the vaccine. I may be in favor of vaccination but I recognize that not all should be vaccinated.
The real question there is why the hell did the give her the vaccine. That is bizarre and insane. Had to be to get some sort of federal or state funding.
