I have zinc tablets and tonic water, for mitigating corona viruses (like the common cold). I believe the reason I barely had symptoms when I got the Chicom Cooties, was because I did this.

I have these also but take vitamin D3 and have Ivermectin incase I did get it.... never had any symptoms and tested negative.

I believe I had the virus last January. Felt like crap, dry coughing and wheezing. They didn’t let out news of the symptoms until March. The kicker was I did not feel like having any alcohol and I love my beer. (I drink hot toddies with a bad cold) I have been taking Zinc for the past 15 years. If I thought I had a cold, the symptoms are 80-90% less severe from the colds I used to get.
