No. The $12 million fine is for public consumption; it is not something that will actually happen.
And the jail sentence seems pretty light. People can be sent to federal prison for 10 years for not paying a two hundred dollar tax.
After the hyperinflation from infinite fiscal and monetary stimulus, sometime during Kamala Harris’ 4th term our monthly checks from the government will probably be about $12 million.
