Not so. But there are only two Presidential appointee positions in the CIA, Director and Deputy Director. IMO, there needs to be more appointed positions in the CIA in order to gain oversight control.
Apparently there are no laws governing the appointment of an FBI director. My bad. I got sloppy and didn’t confirm what I said about the appointment of a replacement of a director.
But, it seems there was a position in government that requires how to appoint a replacement. Maybe it was the Attorney General. I have to look into that, but right now, it’s time to my place in shape. Carry on, good citizen.

I would NEVER have hired ANY of these FBI ers.....especially if they had ANY involvement in RUBY RIDGE or WACO!!
The other thing you could do is sit down and talk with them with a witness and tell them that you are recording the interview. You could do this if you’re not the target and they’re trying to force you to lie for them against someone else.
That’s what attorneys do; invite them to their office and record the conversation.
In most cases the FBI won’t do the interview if it’s recorded. That way you can’t be accused of not cooperating.

For the umteenth time, BS! Remember when the Uniparty (R) Judases, led by McConnell, shot down one of Trump’s TWO good cabinet picks, John Ratcliffe, as director of national intelligence? Trump put Richard Grenell in as acting head which requires no confirmation. Grenell started actually making MAGA moves. The Uniparty (R) senate couldn’t confirm Ratcliffe fast enough. Of course Trump was listening to his Uniparty (R) handlers and only did this once. He could have done it on every damn pick! For the umteenth time, try thinking for yourself for once.
OK, I get it. Trump was lazy, evil, and stupid. He also hates this country and wanted it to fail. That’s the only explanation should we ascribe to your theory. I’m glad you have the inner workings of the swamp so dialed. I’m looking forward to your presidential run so you can show us all how it’s done.

When people have to use personal attacks to make their point, they’ve already lost. My position is supported by more than a few conservative annalists including Sundance and The Conservative Treehouse. You bring no evidence to the table other than I espouse BS, and I need to “think for myself”. You offer no explanation as to why Trump committed these atrocities, yet I’m an idiot. OK then.

I notice you make absolutely no attempt to deny he committed the atrocity of naming Rino swamp monsters to 99% of his cabinet picks. You don’t deny he allowed HIS OWN FBI and DOJ picks to railroad him, MAGA and the constitution into oblivion. You only make juvenile remarks like “you’re so smart, you become president”. OK, I will indulge you one last time. I’ve tried to politely engage with you after you jumping ugly with me and your response is more name calling. I am not the one taking this country down. I have done everything in my power to mitigate the disaster we see unfolding. I’m just one guy in the back woods of Vermont about as far off the beaten track as you can get.
That said, I don’t need to “repudiate” what you said facts are facts and I’m not disputing the fact. What I will do is say your opinion about what Trump was able to do visa-vie appointments is just that opinion, speculation. Unless I’m mistaken you weren’t there you have no first hand knowledge, thus speculation. If you were to go back in my posting history you will find plenty of times I have criticized Trump, much to the consternation of many here at the FreeRepublic.
Now as to you being out of line. It has nothing to do with your facts or opinion, you leveled personal attacks against me. We don’t do that here, it’s against the rules set fourth when we signed on. I’m more that willing to discus differences of opinion, what I’m not willing to do is suffer abuse at the hand of a member here. Some would call that behavior “trolling”. Enough now.
