As long as you are getting tested to actually know your blood serum levels, excellent.

BTW, I was also taking a high dose of vitamin K. My levels still reached to high a level, started having heart palpitations - about 4 years after I began.

And I was taking 5-8000 a day.

It can take 3-5 years to saturate your body fat and then begin increasing in the blood serum.

I’m just saying, to be wise, measure your levels at least twice a year...
