Police called on mannequin in restaurant thought to be violating COVID restrictions
(snip) A Canadian restaurant operator says cops in Nova Scotia paid a visit after being incorrectly informed that the eatery was serving guests during the pandemic lockdown.
“Please don’t call the police on us,” reads a posting on the Ardmore Tea Room’s Instagram feed. “We are only open for takeout and delivery. No eat in, she’s a mannequin to help with social distancing.”
My brother was like that with HCQ last summer. He absolutely believed it would not work and could make him an invalid. I asked him if would prefer to die rather than take the HCQ treatment. That ended our conversation;-)
