You can only shed the virus if you have the virus.

If your vaccination regimen was not completed—it goes to two weeks after your second shot—you can get the virus, and then you can shed. Or if you get one of the variants that are not covered thoroughly by the vaccine, same thing can happen.

Stop telling people that under the usual conditions, vaccinated people shed virus. They don’t have the virus, so they can’t shed the virus. You are trying to undermine the vaccine program with your absurd allegations and it is not appreciated.

Is it the actual virus that’s being shed or components of whatever is in the shots?

I haven’t heard enough about the symptoms people are experiencing after being exposed to those who’ve taken the shots to know if they’re the same as the symptoms of covid. Miscarriages haven’t been a symptom of covid but they are for the shedding exposure cases. I think something is being shed, but I’m not sure it’s covid.

That's what I've been reading... but does the viral shedding manifest as a stomach flu? She has had no cough or lung issues.

Yesterday I was supposed to meet a former work colleague for lunch. I know she's a huge liberal and has been freaking out about COVID for an entire year and when she texted about our lunch plans, she made a comment about how she was now fully vaxxed. It gave me pause because I don't want to be around someone freshly jabbed. I finally texted her back and said I was not vaxxed "yet" and I also wouldn't be wearing a mask, did she have a problem with that? Her: "Let's just postpone until you've had your vax." Me: Okay! (never gonna happen.)
